There are undeniable benefits that brings to perform physical exercises in a constant way. Arriving at the senior citizens continue with this practice allows to improve the quality of our muscular system, additionally improve our cardio capacity. This quite proved the benefits of exercise on the immune system by increasing our level of health.

Physical exercise not only has an impact on the field of health, helps us to maintain a constant interaction with people, feel useful and contact avoids the generation of depression or mood changes.
